Usage

Take the Fast Bar immediately before, during, or after exercise.

Recommended use: consume 1 to 3 bars per hour during physical activity. Usage depends on personal carbohydrate needs.

Ideal during a short explosive effort; be careful not to eat too much solid food during exercise.

Ingredients

ALMONDS (40%), sugar, oligofructose syrup, lemon peels (minimum 5%), maltodextrin, dextrose, palatinose, SOY protein isolate, lemon flavor. May contain traces of gluten, milk, tree nuts, peanuts, and eggs.

The Amacx Fast Bar is a source of different types of carbohydrates that provide the right support (carbohydrate ratio 2:1). The soft substance makes this bar easy to consume, ideal for during exercise. The bar is made up of 40% almond and is naturally rich in magnesium, potassium, and calcium. Available in Lemon, Chocolate, and Vanilla flavors.
