Products shipped from Spain

Some of our products are stored in national warehouses. In these cases, order preparation is fast and shipments are usually delivered within approximately 24 to 72 business hours, depending on the customer's address and the carrier's logistical load.

Products shipped from Spain include selected items, components with immediate availability, and certain brands with local stock.

Products shipped from Asia

A large part of our catalog comes from Asian manufacturers and distributors specialized in high-quality components and accessories.
In these cases, delivery times may vary between:

15 and 45 business days, which may extend up to a maximum of 60 days in exceptional logistical situations.

We work only with trusted suppliers and reliable carriers, but distances and customs controls may affect delivery times.

Shipping costs in Spain

  • Free shipping on orders over €100.

  • For orders under that amount, the shipping cost is €4.95.


Delivery guarantee and refunds

If your order has not been delivered within a maximum of 60 calendar days from shipment, you will be entitled to:

  • Full refund of the order

  • Reshipment of the product at no additional cost, as you prefer.

Also, you can cancel your order within the first 5 days after purchase, provided it has not entered the preparation phase.


Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the corresponding tracking information. In some cases, especially for international shipments, the tracking number may take a few hours to activate.

Customs, taxes, and import fees

For shipments made outside the European Union, the order may be subject to import taxes, tariffs, customs fees, or handling charges established by the destination country's authorities.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs, and must be borne by the customer at the time of delivery or as indicated by the local customs authority.

Raceit has no control over these costs nor can estimate them in advance, as they depend on the specific regulations of each country.

If the customer refuses the order due to not accepting customs charges, return, storage, or handling costs may be deducted from the corresponding refund amount.

 

Transport incidents

Raceit works with professional carriers to ensure the correct delivery of orders.

In case of loss, damage, or incident during transport, the customer must report it as soon as possible after receipt or at the moment the issue is detected, so we can initiate the corresponding claim with the carrier.

Raceit will manage the incident according to applicable regulations and the carrier's conditions.

However, Raceit will not be responsible for delays caused by customs controls, inspections, force majeure, or circumstances beyond its logistical control.
