At Raceit.cc we want your shopping experience to be safe and satisfying. If you need to return or exchange a product, we offer a clear and simple process.
Return period
We accept returns within 14 calendar days after receiving the order.
Conditions for accepting a return
The product must:

Keep its original packaging

Include all accessories and included elements

Show no signs of assembly, dirt, or wear
Personalized, used products or those showing signs of installation cannot be returned.
Non-returnable items (exclusions)
We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds (except for defects, delivery damage, or errors attributable to Raceit.cc) in the following cases:

Personalized products, custom-configured or specifically manufactured/ordered for the customer, including any item made according to buyer specifications or clearly personalized.

Sports nutrition / food products, including gels, bars, drinks, supplements, or similar, for reasons of food safety and hygiene and/or because they are goods that can deteriorate or expire quickly.

Sealed products that are not eligible for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, once they have been unsealed after delivery.
Exception: If the product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, Raceit.cc will offer replacement or full refund according to this policy.
Return process

Request the return from your customer account or by contacting our customer service.

We will send you instructions and the shipping address.

The item must be sent properly protected and correctly packaged.

Once received and inspected, we will process the corresponding refund.
Return shipping costs
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error by Raceit.cc or defective product.
Product exchanges
You can request an exchange for another size, model, or product, as long as it is available.
The process is similar to a return.
Defective or damaged products
If your product arrives defective or damaged, notify us within 48 hours after delivery.
We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
Refunds
Once the return is approved, the refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase.
The process may take between 3 and 10 business days, depending on your bank.
