All our products come with the current legal warranty, as well as the specific warranties provided by each manufacturer. In case of malfunction, manufacturing defect, or any issue related to quality, we will evaluate each case individually and handle the claim with the corresponding manufacturer or supplier.
If the product does not arrive in optimal condition or shows an obvious defect, it must be reported within the first 5 days of receipt to proceed with its inspection and processing.

Raceit.cc offers a delivery guarantee for all orders.
If an order exceeds 60 calendar days from the shipping date without being delivered, the customer may request:
- A full refund, or
- A new shipment at no additional cost.
This commitment especially applies to products shipped from Asia, where delivery times may be longer due to logistics and customs processes.

Orders can be canceled within the first 5 calendar days from the date they are placed, as long as the product has not been prepared for shipment. If the logistics process has already started, cancellation may not be possible.
