These Terms govern the use of the Raceit.cc website and the contractual relationship between the customer and the store.
1. Subject of the contract
Comertech Raceit SL offers cycling products that may come from various suppliers and locations (Spain, Europe, and Asia). Features, prices, and delivery times are displayed transparently before you confirm your purchase.
2. Prices and payments
All prices include VAT. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through secure platforms.
3. Shipping and delivery times
Delivery times depend on the origin of the product.
– Shipments from Spain: fast delivery.
– Shipments from Asia: estimated delivery up to 60 days.
Raceit.cc will report any relevant incidents.
4. Warranty and liability
All products are guaranteed in accordance with current regulations. In the event of a manufacturing defect, repair, replacement, or refund will be arranged as appropriate.
5. Right of withdrawal
The customer may return the product within 14 calendar days. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
6. Returns Policy
Returns must be requested through our form or customer service email. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless there is an error or defect in the product.

Raceit.cc will not be responsible for delays resulting from customs, logistical congestion, force majeure events, or incorrect data provided by the customer.
