These terms govern the use of the Raceit.cc website and the contractual relationship between the customer and the store.
1. Purpose of the contract
Comertech Raceit S.L. offers cycling products that may come from various suppliers and locations (Spain, Europe, and Asia). The features, prices, and delivery times are shown transparently before confirming the purchase.
2. Prices and payments
All prices include VAT. The available payment methods are shown during the purchase process. Payments are processed through secure platforms.
3. Shipping and delivery times
Delivery times depend on the product's origin.
– Shipments from Spain: fast delivery.
– Shipments from Asia: estimated delivery up to 60 days.
Raceit.cc will inform of any relevant issues.
4. Warranty and liability
All products come with a warranty in accordance with current regulations. In case of manufacturing defects, repair, replacement, or refund will be managed as appropriate.
5. Right of withdrawal
The customer may withdraw from their purchase and return the product within 14 calendar days. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (non-returnable items):

Goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized, including products manufactured or prepared specifically for the customer (made-to-order).

Sports nutrition / food products (gels, bars, drinks, supplements, and similar), for reasons of food safety and hygiene and/or because they are goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, when they have been unsealed after delivery.
These exclusions do not affect the customer's rights in case of defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.
6. Return policy
Returns must be requested through our form or customer service email. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless there is an error or defect in the product.
Cancellations:
Orders can only be canceled if they have not entered the preparation/processing phase.
Orders including personalized or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once their manufacturing/preparation has started, and will not be eligible for return or refund, except in cases of defect, damage, or error attributable to Raceit.cc.
7. Limitation of liability
Raceit.cc is not responsible for delays caused by customs, logistical congestion, force majeure, or incorrect data provided by the customer.
8. Applicable law
The relationship will be governed by Spanish and European law.
