How to measure correctly?

Foot length

  1. Place a sheet of paper on the floor, flush against a wall.
  2. Place your heel against the wall and press the forefoot onto the paper.
  3. Lift your heel while staying on your toes and mark the longest toe.
  4. Measure from the edge of the paper to the mark. Repeat with the other foot.
  5. Use the longer foot. If in doubt, go one size up.

Forefoot width

  1. Mark the widest points of the forefoot area (metatarsals).
  2. Measure the distance between both marks.
  3. Enter the value: the calculator automatically applies Bont’s recommended +2 mm adjustment.

If your current shoes feel narrow or cause pain or numbness, consider the Wide fit even if the measurements do not indicate it.
