Usage

Take 1–2 gels per hour of exercise. Usage depends on individual carbohydrate needs. Store the product in a cool, dry place.

Caffeine content: only the Blackcurrant Caffeine variant contains caffeine (100 mg per gel = 167 mg/100 ml). Not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. The Citrus, Cola Lime, and Neutral variants do not contain caffeine.

Water, maltodextrin, fructose, sodium citrate, sodium chloride, flavoring, acidity regulator (citric acid), thickener (xanthan gum), preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate). Only the Blackcurrant Caffeine variant contains caffeine (100 mg per gel).
