Usage

Take the Fast Bar immediately before, during, or after exercise.

Recommended use: Consume 1 to 3 bars per hour during physical activity. Usage depends on individual carbohydrate needs.

Ideal during a short, explosive effort. Be careful not to eat too many solid foods during exercise.

Nutritional values per bar (45 g):

  • Carbohydrates: 30–32 g depending on the variant (Lemon 31 g, Vanilla 32 g)
