Usage

Gels are often used when it is not possible to eat a bar (for example, due to a high heart rate), such as during activities like running. They can also be used in hockey, for example during breaks or substitutions. In cycling, gels are often used at the end of strenuous training sessions or during periods of elevated heart rate, such as when climbing a mountain. Recommended use: Take 1 to 3 gels per hour of effort.

Drink Gel can ideally be combined with products from the Energy line: Energy Nougat, Energy Fruit Chew, Energy Drink, Fast Bar, and Ice Gel.

Ingredients

Water, maltodextrin, fructose, sodium citrate, sodium chloride, flavor, acidity regulator (citric acid), thickener (xanthan gum), preservatives (potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate).

Product Details

A sports gel prepared for the customer to which water has already been added. This gel contains several sources of gradually released carbohydrates (carbohydrate ratio 2:1). Available in various fresh flavors.
