Amacx Drink Energy Gel

Gels are often used when it is not possible to eat an energy bar (for example, due to a high heart rate), such as during activities like running. They can also be used in hockey, for example during breaks or substitutions. In cycling, gels are often used at the end of strenuous workouts or during periods when your heart rate is high, such as when climbing a mountain. Recommended use for caffeine-free flavors (Citrus, Orange, Strawberry, and Raspberry): take 1–3 gels per hour of exertion, according to your personal carbohydrate needs. This guideline does not apply to Cola + Caffeine; for this variant, follow the instructions on the packaging.

Drink Gel pairs perfectly with products from the Energy range: Energy Nougat, Energy Fruit Chew, Energy Drink, Fast Bar, and Ice Gel.
