Usage

Turbo Drink can be used before, during, or after exercise.

Recommended use: The sports drink can be mixed in 2 servings, 40 grams of carbohydrates or 80 grams of carbohydrates.

  • Turbo Drink with 40 grams of carbohydrates: Mix 42g of powder (1 level scoop) with 500ml of water in a water bottle. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds and the sports drink will be ready to use.
  • Turbo Drink with 80 grams of carbohydrates: Mix 84g of powder (2 level scoops) with 500ml of water in a water bottle. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds and the sports drink will be ready to use. Drink 1 bottle per hour during exercise. Usage depends on personal carbohydrate and fluid needs. Based on the above options, you also determine how many bars and/or gels you consume per hour. It is also possible to replace 500 ml of water with 750 ml, while the amount of carbohydrates in 1 bottle remains the same. Make sure to keep drinking 1 bottle per hour to not hinder your nutrition strategy.

    Consume enough carbohydrates and fluids according to the 1:0.8 ratio: Turbo Chew Bar, Turbo Drink On the Go, and Turbo Gel.

The Amacx Turbo Drink replenishes your energy reserves during a long workout that demands a lot from your body. This drink contains 80 grams of carbohydrates per bottle. Thanks to the proper ratio of glucose and fructose (1:0.8) in this drink, your body can absorb the carbohydrates without intestinal or stomach issues. Drink this during prolonged exercise lasting at least 2 hours. The drink is available in Lemon flavor.
