Usage

The Energy Drink can be used before, during, or after exercise.

Recommended dose: mix 31 g of powder (2 level scoops) with 500 ml of water in a water bottle. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds, and the sports drink will be ready to use. Your sports drink will then contain 30 g of carbohydrates.

Drink 1 bottle per hour during exercise. Its use depends on your personal carbohydrate and fluid requirements.

The Energy Drink can ideally be combined with products from the Energy Range.

The Amacx Energy Drink is an isotonic drink with a 2:1 ratio (glucose:fructose) that allows the absorption of up to 90 g of carbohydrates per hour, with sodium and magnesium to replenish salts.
