Usage

Directions for use: Take 1–2 nitrate shots 2.5–3 hours before exercise. Well-trained athletes are also advised to take 1–2 nitrate shots per day for 3–7 days before the event to replenish nitrate levels. Shake before use.

Recommended daily intake: 2 nitrate shots.
