Amacx Energy Oat Bar

The Energy Oat Bar can be eaten before, during or after exercise. The bar is relatively high in fiber. During prolonged exertion, it is less suitable toward the end because of its high fiber content. The body takes too long to process this fiber. Try consuming this type of product at the beginning of an effort.

Recommended use: consume 1–2 bars per hour during exercise. Use depends on your personal carbohydrate needs. Do not consume too many solid foods during exercise. For extra energy, combine the Energy Oat Bar with Energy Drink.
