For 3 years from the original purchase date, UPVINE will repair or replace free of charge any wheel that fails due to material or manufacturing defects.

After the 3-year period, UPVINE will continue to offer paid repair services, charging only for replacement parts, with no labor fees. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs.
