For 3 years from the original purchase date, UPVINE will repair or replace free of charge any wheel that fails due to material or manufacturing defects.

After the 3-year period, UPVINE will continue to offer paid repair services, charging only for replacement parts, with no labor fees. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs.

All warranties, services, and maintenance will be subject to the terms set forth in this policy.
