TiNE was founded in Guangzhou in 2021 and makes every part in its own workshop: five-axis CNC machining, in-house anodising and a scale every batch crosses before it is packed.

They are small parts with a measurable gain. According to TiNE, its titanium is up to 44% lighter than steel at comparable strength, and the oxide layer that protects it is not a plating that wears through.

Eclos series

Parts that grow along the load.

Eclos is TiNE’s 3D-printed series. Instead of machining a block, every part starts as a load case: a BESO topology-optimisation algorithm removes the material that carries no load, and the part is printed layer by layer in titanium.

The Eclos top cap comes from 3,867 mechanical calculations and the CryoFusion αβ-64 alloy, with a tensile strength above 1000 MPa. The universal version weighs 4.2 g. Then every part is threaded, finished and checked by hand.

Which titanium does TiNE use?

Ti-6Al-4V, also known as TC4: the aerospace-grade titanium alloy. In the 3D-printed Eclos series, TiNE uses its CryoFusion αβ-64 alloy, with a tensile strength above 1000 MPa.

How do I know a part fits my bike?
