Elite Wheels Drive II
Overview
The Drive II set has been redesigned with technical and aerodynamic improvements after years of development. This second generation maintains a low weight despite offering wider rims, aimed at demanding road cyclists seeking lightness, stiffness, comfort with modern tires, and good performance on climbs, flats, or descents.
The set combines carbon rims, carbon spokes, high-performance hubs, and disc brake compatibility, making it a versatile and modern choice, suited to current bicycles.

Benefits and strengths of the Drive II
-
Excellent balance between lightness, stiffness, and aerodynamic capacity: wider rim and optimized profile to run with modern tires (28–30 mm), offering comfort and speed.
-
Carbon spokes with an aero profile that improve power transfer and reduce wind resistance compared to traditional steel spokes. Superior lateral stiffness allows for more efficient pedaling.
-
Hubs with high-quality “Kinetic” ratchet mechanism, resulting in a quick response during pace changes, climbs, or sprints, and long-lasting maintenance.
-
Tubeless-ready compatibility and wider tires: wider tires can be mounted at lower pressure, gaining comfort, better grip, and less fatigue on long rides.
-
Versatility of use: suitable for road, long rides, competitions, or demanding sportive outings, with disc brakes and compatibility with modern drivetrains.
-
Contained weight: the set remains light, which benefits climbing and acceleration compared to wheels with a similar profile but heavier.
