EliteWheels also offers a 3-year commercial warranty against defects in materials or workmanship from the date of receipt, for the original purchaser of a new unit purchased from the official website or an authorized distributor.

Commercial warranty periods for specific components: bearings, 6 months; freehub body and ratchet/pawl mechanisms, 1 year.

The commercial warranty excludes normal wear, accidents, and damage caused by use outside the intended scope. The SR is not designed for eMTBs, and damage caused by such use is not covered.
