Cherry extract, especially extract from certain specific cherry varieties, is rich in polyphenols. One of these compounds is anthocyanin, which has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Several studies have shown that consuming anthocyanins can reduce muscle damage and soreness after exercise. Additionally, cherries are naturally rich in carbohydrates. Combined with the 500 ml of hydration provided by Amacx Cherry Juice, this helps replenish both carbohydrates and fluids lost after training.

Cherry Juice Nutritional Value
INGREDIENTS: Water, glucose, 100% natural sour cherry concentrate (Prunus cerasus L), fructose, lemon juice from lemon juice concentrate. Sour cherry is naturally rich in flavonoids and anthocyanins.

Usage:
To take full advantage of the benefits of anthocyanin, it is recommended to drink one bottle of Amacx cherry juice 1 to 2 times a day. For optimal effect, start taking it 4 to 7 days before an important competition (period).
